Dearest Friends in Jesus,

This section of Herald of His Kingdom is to share inspirational articles and prophecies from the body of historical, classical Christian writings, as well as links to websites that contain such subject matter.

For me, "the classics" does not only include historic writings such as those you would find in some of the more well-known online libraries of Christian classic literature, such as the CCEL, of those of my own classical
Pentecostal roots.    It also include teachings from those of Latter Rain and Sonship Ministries, as I truly believe they are part of  all that God is doing in the earth to restore the Church to the fullness of His Spirit in and through His people in the end times, and in some instances have indeed even been the fore-runners of this message of the triumphant Christ.

From this page, I will also share sermons, and audio and video files of men and women of God who have more recently gone home to their eternal rewards.

As I read different offerings from Church History,  I am reminded of this scripture:

¶By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts:and by it he being dead yet speaketh. Hebrews 11:4

Abel offered unto God a sacrifice that so pleased the Lord, God still talks about it, and to this very day, Abel is recognized because he gave that which was pleasing to the Lord.

There are endless volumes of books being written on spiritual and religious subjects.   What will endure the test of time??  It will be those things written that were based on true sacrifice.   Those are the things that will be approved by God, and will still have the "God breath" upon them.

I confess I am not an avid reader apart from the Bible.  However, as the Lord brings things to me things to read, more often than not, it will be usually something written decades ago, or even in a previous century.     When the Lord quickens to my heart what has been read, I am reminded of that little phrase characterizing the legacy of Abel, "he being dead yet speaketh."

I trust your life will be greatly enriched by that which appears in this section of the website.

Always in the Love of Jesus,

Clo DiPilato
